These Terms govern your use of lebalme.com and any purchase you make from us. By using our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

le·balme™ is operated by GHC Ventures LLC, located in New York, NY. Contact: hello@lebalme.com.

Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We can accept or decline.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders (you'll receive a full refund if we cancel after you've paid).
  • Prices and product descriptions can change without notice. We do our best to be accurate but errors happen — we'll correct any pricing error before processing.

Payment

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any other methods enabled at checkout.
  • Payment is processed at order confirmation.
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

  • We ship within the United States. International shipping is not currently offered.
  • Standard shipping fee is $7. Orders over $40 ship free.
  • We aim to ship within 1–3 business days. Tracking information is sent by email when your order ships.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you when your order is delivered to the carrier.

Returns and refunds

  • We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with le·balme, contact hello@lebalme.com within 30 days for a refund.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
  • Products must be returned in usable condition (it's OK if you've tried it — we want honest feedback).

Subscriptions

  • Subscribe & Save bills you every 60 days at the discounted rate.
  • You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.
  • Cancellations made after a shipment has been processed will take effect on the following billing cycle.

Product safety

  • le·balme is intended for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
  • If you have a known allergy to any ingredient, do not use. Full ingredient list is on the product page.
  • If irritation develops, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider.
  • le·balme is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with site functionality
  • Resell le·balme without our written authorization
  • Use our trademarks, content, or images without permission

Intellectual property

All content on lebalme.com (logos, text, photos, design) is owned by GHC Ventures LLC and protected by US and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute without permission.

User content

If you post a review, comment, or submit content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it across our marketing channels.

Disclaimer

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GHC Ventures LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our site or products will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of New York County, NY.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll post the updated date at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
